An Experiment on Meditation
The experiment aims to measure the effects of meditation in a simple and tangible way. By using special cameras, we were able to capture "photographs" of the energy emitted by the body during meditation, including the "energetic double," which is a kind of energetic replica that projects outside the physical body itself.
Participants in the experiment sit with their eyes closed near someone meditating, while we measure some parameters before and after the meditation session. We have observed clear signs of increased relaxation and harmony, providing concrete evidence of meditation's effects on the body and energy. This is a way to make the invisible a little more visible, bringing people closer to the world of meditation.
Throughout the experiment, we presented and explained the collaborators and the meditation process in detail. We also referred to a similar experiment conducted between 2015 and 2018, which was published in a scientific journal. Before the meditation, we collected data to measure the participants' energy state, including a measurement of Diana, who showed a 73% reduction in stress after the meditation. During the meditation, a luminous emanation from the body was observed, indicating the release of energy. Subsequently, the group that had been exposed to the meditation also showed greater harmonization, with data highlighting changes compared to their initial state.
During the analysis of the images, an unexpected result emerged: the presence of a double silhouette, further demonstrating that it is possible, through meditation, to experience one's essence outside the body. This experiment aimed to bring closer those who struggle to accept what cannot be seen, using scientific measurements to show the real effects of meditation on the body and the soul.
